Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through international customer care channels, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
