Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through international customer care channels, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
