Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through email support, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
