Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through non-voice support queues, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
