Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
