Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
