Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through email support, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
