Salary: ?30,000??38,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through live chat, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
