Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using a polite and professional tone, through written support tickets, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
