Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
