Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
