Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
