Salary: ?30,000??38,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
