Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
