Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through non-voice support queues, with attention to professional communication while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
