The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using clear and simple English, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to professional communication while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
