Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using a polite and professional tone, through live chat, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
