ITM Recruitment Services is inviting applications for this customer support role. Candidate sourcing location: Cuttack, Odisha. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?30,000??38,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through live chat, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
