Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through customer calls, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
