Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
