Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using clear and simple English, through written support tickets, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
