Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using clear and simple English, through non-voice support queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
