Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
