Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through live chat, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
