Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through live chat, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
