Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through written support tickets, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.
