The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Udaipur, Rajasthan. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using patient, customer-focused communication, through live chat, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
