Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using a polite and professional tone, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
