Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through written support tickets, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
