Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
