Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using approved process guidelines, through international customer care channels, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
