Applications are invited from freshers and experienced candidates with suitable communication skills. Candidate sourcing location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?30,000??38,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using accurate information and calm handling, through written support tickets, with attention to professional communication while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
