Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using approved process guidelines, through written support tickets, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with account and login requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
