Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using accurate information and calm handling, through email support, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
