Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through international customer care channels, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
