ITM Recruitment Services is inviting applications for this customer support role. Candidate sourcing location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through non-voice support queues, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
