Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using approved process guidelines, through customer calls, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
