Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through customer calls, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
