We are reviewing applications for this international service position. Candidate sourcing location: Durgapur, West Bengal. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using accurate information and calm handling, through chat and email queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
