The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using a polite and professional tone, through international customer care channels, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
