Salary: ?30,000??38,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
