Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
