Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
