Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through international customer care channels, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
