💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (Based on last drawn salary)

🕒 Shift: Day Shift

📅 Working Days: 6 Days (1 Weekly Off)

Job Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end BPO hiring – sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

✔ Manage job portals, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing.

✔ Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

✔ Coordinate with hiring managers for smooth recruitment processes.

✔ Maintain hiring reports and ensure timely closures.

Job Requirements:

✅ Education: Graduate

✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO hiring

✅ Language: Strong communication skills in English
