ITM Recruitment Services is inviting applications for this customer support role. Candidate sourcing location: Ranchi, Jharkhand. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using clear and simple English, through chat and email queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
