Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
