The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using approved process guidelines, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
