Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
