Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through international customer care channels, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
